Abama Beach is a hidden cove on the island. It is a small, white sandy beach, ideal for a nice day out. It has a length of 100 metres and a width of 20 metres, its calm waters are collected from the Atlantic by a large wall of huge stones, which act as a breakwater and make it look like a natural swimming pool, and which is transformed into a secluded paradise for sun and sea lovers, to enjoy the tranquillity, its beautiful landscape or simply relax by taking a stroll along its shore.

It also has a good number of tourist services and also a beach bar with good food and a very friendly service, and if you wish, you can avail of extra services offered by the hotel such as renting towels, parasols and sun loungers, so spending the day is a real enjoyment.

How to get there?

The best way to get there is to go to the Hotel Abama Playa de San Juan, ideally park near the hotel and from there walk down for 10 minutes.

On the way down you will start to see the wonderful views along the way. You will fall in love with it!
